Therefore, items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached—no exceptions. Shipping

We strive to expedite the shipment of all orders promptly. Upon order placement, our warehouse typically processes it within 1 to 3 business days, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Deliveries within Canada typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while those to the US and Europe generally take 3 to 7 days.
